This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the material liquid pump can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain size ratio.
The working process of this unit involves the high-pressure input of material liquid through a diaphragm pump, spraying mist like droplets, and then flowing down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its small powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a suction fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination tube located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be installed at the outlet of the fan, with a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
The tower body, pipeline, and separator materials in contact with the materials of this unit are all made of SUS304. There is sufficient insulation layer between the interior of the tower and the outer shell, and the filling material is ultra-fine glass wool. The tower is equipped with observation doors, mirrors, light sources, and control instruments, which are controlled and displayed by an electrical control console.
The heat source device of this unit adopts steam heating or electric heater, which has the advantages of easy operation, fast start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. In addition, there is a control and adjustment device for the electric heater installed in the electrical control cabinet, which enables stepless adjustment of the inlet temperature. For areas with power shortages, steam heating or coal-fired or oil fired hot air stoves can be used to partially or completely replace electric heating devices.   Equipment features
The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95-98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only tens of seconds to tens of seconds. It is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
The obtained product is spherical particles with uniform particle size, good flowability, good solubility, high purity, and good quality.
Widely applicable, according to the characteristics of the material, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, with strong adaptability to the material.

Chemical industry: organic catalysts, resins, synthetic laundry detergent, oils and fats, ammonium sulfate, dyes, dye intermediates, white carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate, etc.

Spray cooling granulation: amino fatty acid, paraffin, glyceride, tallow, etc.
